I actually really like Anna and the King and Sommersby, I like how Jodie picks strong female characters to play. They are good role models.

Would I like to she her play a character who happens to be gay? Sure, but I can still enjoy watching her play a kick ass female who happens to be straight! ;D

Absolutely. It's just what I pick up or experience elsewhere and I bring that here, I certainly don't want to lump all lesbians (or straights) together.
