For all fans of THE RING! I wonder who looked after the kids while Jodie walked the red carpet / fotographers together with Jennifer Allen. (Allen can be seen behind Jodie on some of the photos.)

She already is, Mario. There are hundreds of discussions going on about her everyday, like this one.
She is living her life, and she doesn't owe anyone her personal life. That's why this is a free country.

perezitos.com/tag/jodie_foster/#readmoreYikes! Jodie Foster's 89-year-old dad, Lucius Foster is facing up to 20 years in prison for allegedly scamming over two dozen investors. He apparently took in more than $130,000 and has been charged with 25 counts of grand theft and 10 counts of contracting without a license. AND, he's representing himself in court. The Deputy City Attorney laid it all out on the table, saying: "Mr. Foster is a liar and a cheat. He has had a scam going for years to steal money from people. A lot of people fell for it. He sounded so convincing." Foster, a building contractor, found clients on Craigslist and scammed them out of a $5,000 down payment after he claimed he would build them a low-cost modular home for $85,000. WTF?! Doesn't Jodie help out poor ol' dad? Does he have to resort to ripping people off with some bogus investment scam?
So sad. Posted: Dec 5, 2011 at 7:00 pm Shut t.. f... up, Perez!

I think really it is a matter of personal choice I've known people over the years who are gay but the circle of friends is small and discreet. Not out at all but to those they choose to be.
As for JF's position its obviously choice and a discreet circle of friends when your a part of your life is theres for all to see, I'm sure there's a side that says thats enough there has to be some for me and this is what it is going to be. To us it may seem selfish to her it maybe the only semblance of what could pass as a "normal life" or at least like the majority of us great unwashed even then if just going out to do the grocery shopping ends up in the media it must get to you somewhere. Even though it may have some semblance of "Normal" in some ways it is still privileged lifestyle which is a far cry from what the majority of us will know. So to create an sort of anonymity where not every part of your life is on show is as JF says a "survival mode" As for Alicia jeez give the girl a break Icky girly names that just don't fit totally understandable no one has called me by mine in years and I found out recently a friend I've known for 20 years only just find out my real (girly) name and fell on the floor laughing so Yeah I can understand why she uses Jodie. ;D

Jodie Foster's Carnage PsychologyJodie Foster thinks 'Carnage' is still about the ''psychology'' of human relationships despite it being a comedy.Jodie Foster thinks 'Carnage' is about "real psychology". The actress stars alongside Kate Winslet, John C. Reilly and Christoph Waltz in the adaptation of the hit theatre show about a group of parents discussing a problem with each other's children, and she admits many people will be able to empathise with the situation. She said: "Although 'Carnage' is satirical and outlandish in some respect, the relationship between the characters has a real grounding in real psychology. "It's the tapestry of people's lives that I find most fascinating - how they interact with each other and how they drive each other crazy, how they stab each other over and over again. Really, we're all very primitive." Despite that, John - who plays Jodie's partner in the film - thinks there are comedic elements. He told Film3Sixty magazine: "It's a perfect set-up for comedy, because whenever you put people in a difficult situation and make them behave in a polite way, that's an age old recipe for comedy." www.contactmusic.com/news/jodie-fosters-carnage-psychology_1274072

Jodie Foster’s Father Gets 5 Years For Defrauding Homebuyers
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Jodie Foster’s estranged father was sentenced Friday to five years in jail for defrauding dozens of low-income homebuyers.
Lucius Foster, 89, was found guilty of 21 misdemeanor counts of grand theft earlier this week.
Prosecutors say he took $5,000 from at least 21 people, promising to build them more affordable homes made from cargo containers.
Those units were never built.
It’s unclear what Foster did with the estimated $130,000 he had collected from his victims.
