I've edited a short clip to explain what makes the scene interesting.
The very first second is slowed down. Notice how the cardbox wall is shaking when Rynn opens the door from outside.
From start to end the camera is always at the same height and place. Which is quite unusual for the first half of the scene but it's clear they decided for that when she gets up from the bed and goes towards the camera. What they wanted to show is already centered in the picture. It makes her undressing a) more surprizing and b) impossible to ignore. A nice trick, doesn't even need a cut. And of course it tells something about the people who made this.
Then she almost passes the camera and...there's a little timing mistake: She stops pulling up her shirt too early. You can spot her hand top left (the zoom fx was added by me). It looks like Rynn suddenly had changed her mind.
