Ah yes I remember the press conference clip w/ tipsy Jodie. If only the movie were that fun. Don't know always push it back in my mind I dont like a girl like her has to be a rape victim first to get an Oscar. And showing the actual crime was unnecessary. The 'preservation of evidence',examination afterwards alone is hard to watch. It makes me angry and I want to shoot someone each time.

Her voice, why did no one ever wrote a thesis about it? It's either your addicted to it or people just hate it. For me it's fifty per cent of the Jodie phenomenon. It's a miracle and if I could light a candle in the temple of heavenly voices...blah blah.
It's an old clip when her voice was deeper generally but I have this theory the pitch goes lower the more relaxed she is. That means she probably turns every harmles bedtime story into eargasm.

relaxed, composed, yes whatever. Radio is a bit special due to the mics used and (intended) proximity effects. She did many voice/narration works from early years but nothing really big and I have no idea how she chooses these jobs.
